✅ This month marked a major milestone for the EROSS SC project with the successful kick-off of the Preliminary Design Review (PDR).
This full-day general meeting brought together all project partners, independent experts and representatives from the European Commission. The PDR offers a comprehensive 180° assessment of the mission – from the servicer’s components to the finer details of its scope and technical challenges. It’s a key moment where concerns and solutions are shared openly, and the collaborative spirit of the consortium truly comes into play.
The experience gained over the years by the EROSS consortium – from EROSS+ to EROSS IOD and now EROSS SC — is unparalleled. It’s a strong signal for the future of European space policy, ISOS (In-Space Operations and Services), and on-orbit servicing capabilities.
